What is Lead Guarantee?

Qualified Lead Definition
A qualified lead must meet all of the following criteria:
Verified IT Buyer
Buyer registered with a valid business email and verified
Direct Interest
Buyer explicitly expressed interest in supplier solutions
Requirement Match
Buyer requirements match supplier offerings
Lead Tracking & Verification
All leads are tracked in the supplier's dashboard with complete details
Timestamp recorded for every interest and interaction
Buyer details: company, requirements, contact information
Monthly reports on lead performance
Dispute Resolution
Days to Report
Any disputes must be raised within 15 days of lead delivery
