Refund Policy
At VendorPot, we are committed to fairness and transparency in all refund processes.
Important Notice: By registering, subscribing to any plan, or using the VendorPot platform in any capacity, you (the user) and your company acknowledge, agree to, and give full consent to all policies established by VendorPot, including but not limited to these Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Fair Competition Policy, Lead Guarantee Policy, and Refund Policy. Your continued use of the platform constitutes ongoing acceptance of these terms.
Refund Eligibility
If you do not receive the guaranteed number of leads during your subscription period, you are entitled to one of the following remedies:
Subscription Extension
Extension at no extra cost until the lead guarantee is met
Credit for Future Subscription
Credit equal to the shortfall in guaranteed leads
Partial Refund
Proportional refund if extension or credit is not acceptable
Refund Exclusions
Refunds will not apply in the following cases:
Supplier fails to keep their profile/products updated with accurate information
Leads were delivered but the supplier did not follow up or respond to buyer inquiries
Buyers rejected the supplier based on pricing, contract terms, or other commercial reasons outside Sahaatech's control
Refund Process
Submit refund request within 15 days of subscription period end
Our team reviews your request and lead history
Appropriate solution provided within 10 business days
