Terms of Service

VendorPot complies with all applicable laws, including:

• GDPR - General Data Protection Regulation (EU)
• GCC Data Protection Laws - UAE, Saudi, Qatar, Bahrain, Kuwait, and Oman PDPLs
• DPDP Act - Digital Personal Data Protection Act (India)
• Consumer Protection Laws - Local and international consumer protection laws
• E-Commerce Regulations - GCC e-commerce regulations

By using the VendorPot platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all related policies. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the platform.

These terms govern your use of the entire platform, including all services, features, content, and functionality offered through it.

By using our platform, you consent to:

• Our collection and use of your personal data as outlined in Privacy Policy
• Cross-border data transfers in accordance with data protection standards
• Processing of your data for purposes outlined in our agreement
• Sharing of contact information with other parties on the platform for legitimate business purposes

You are prohibited from:

• Violating any local or international laws or regulations
• Engaging in fraudulent or deceptive conduct
• Posting false or misleading information
• Infringing on intellectual property rights
• Attempting unauthorized access to systems
• Interfering with platform security or integrity
• Manipulating ranking or review mechanisms
• Collecting other users' data without consent

VendorPot reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to:

• Suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice
• Block access to the platform for any violation of these terms
• Delete or remove any content that violates our policies
• Refuse service to any user for any reason
• Take legal action in case of serious violations

Upon account termination:

• We may retain your data for legal compliance obligations (up to 7 years)
• Non-essential account data may be deleted within 90 days
• We may retain anonymized data for analytics and improvements
• You may request data deletion in accordance with our Privacy Policy

All content, features, and functionality on the VendorPot platform are the exclusive property of VendorPot Limited and protected by international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property rights.

You retain ownership of content you upload, but grant VendorPot a worldwide, non-exclusive license to use it on the platform.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VendorPot shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use or inability to use the platform.

Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the preceding 12 months.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through a prominent notice on the platform. Your continued use of the platform after such changes constitutes acceptance.
